Dr. Anil Kumar Chhipa was born in Sikar district of Rajasthan. He completed his graduation education from Rajasthan University Jaipur. After doing graduation he received diploma in computer . His higher education completed in Naturopathy and yoga ( NDDY ) from The Gandhi smarak, New Delhi  Naturopathy Hospital . Due to the attachment to social service since childhood, he operated the Secondary School in 1999 and in 2005, in the art and science class, the Secondary School was upgraded to the Senior Secondary School and worked in the post of Director. Private Industrial Training College (ITI College) was established in 2014. In the year 2018, the National Human Rights Organization was given the responsibility of Rajasthan State President. In 2019 he was appointed to the post of Sikar District President by Private ITI Organization Rajasthan, in 2021, he was appointed as Vice President of Rajasthan Private ITI Organization. Currently, Dr. Anil Kumar Chhipa is working as a national president in the National Human Rights Organization New Delhi.
